This Is The Army est une revue musicale américaine en deux actes, conçue pour remonter le moral des États-Unis pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale, avec un livret de James McColl et une musique et des paroles d'Irving Berlin. Elle a été produite par l'armée américaine à Broadway en 1942, avec un casting de soldats américains, au profit de l'Army Emergency Relief Fund.
La revue était initialement prévue pour un engagement limité de quatre semaines, mais la série à Broadway a été prolongée de près de deux mois, puis le spectacle s’est lancé dans un US-Tour, puis à l’étranger, y compris un arrêt au Palladium de Londres. La production a été acclamée par la critique: Richard Watts, dans le New York Herald Tribune, a dit qu’il s’agissait de «one of the greatest musical shows of any description ever produced in this country»; George Ross, dans le New York World-Telegram, a dit que le «grand and glorious show was a smashing victory». Et une critique non signée pour le New York Times (probablement écrite par Lewis Nichols) a salué la soirée comme «the best show of a generation».
